By accessing or using BloodLink Myanmar, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Eligibility

Donors must be aged 18-60, weigh at least 50kg, and be in good general health. You are responsible for providing accurate medical and contact information.

3. Voluntary, Non-Commercial Service

BloodLink Myanmar is a free, non-profit matching service. Buying or selling blood through the platform is strictly prohibited.

4. No Medical Guarantee

We connect donors and patients but do not provide medical advice or guarantee the availability, compatibility, or safety of any donation. All transfusions must be supervised by certified medical professionals.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, post false emergency requests, harass other users, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.

6. Limitation of Liability

BloodLink Myanmar is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
